Product Introduction:

Using sintered magnesia, fused magnesia as the main raw materials, basedon environmental protection asphalt as high temperature binder, after highpressure molding. After the converter steel tapping, fill the damaged parts, whichcan substantially improve the converter lining service life.

Technical improvements:

1. The raw material of Converter Repairing Brick was changed from MS-88 to DMS-96. Converter Repairing Brick has better resistance to high-temperature molten steel scouring and slag erosion, and its service life is significantly longer than that of converter repairing materials produced with sintered magnesia as raw materials.

2. The binder of Converter Repairing Brick was changed from the original single high-temperature asphalt to a mixture of medium-temperature asphalt and high-temperature asphalt in a certain proportion, which can not only maintain the good high-temperature bonding strength of Converter Repairing Brick, but also reduce the softening temperature of Converter Repairing Brick binder and promote the rapid carbonization of binder, thereby achieving the purpose of shortening the sintering time of repairing materials.

3. The particle grading of Converter Repairing Brick raw materials was adjusted according to the principle of compactness stacking, and the batching metering operation procedure was strictly followed to ensure the accuracy of Converter Repairing Brick particle ratio. The scouring and erosion resistance of the repairing materials were effectively improved.
